Summary:

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Ensure the applications developed are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with organizational standards.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Continuously monitor and improve existing applications to enhance performance and user experience.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations.
- Experience with integration design patterns and middleware technologies related to Workday.
- Strong understanding of application configuration and customization within enterprise environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues effectively.
- Familiarity with data mapping, transformation, and validation techniques in integration processes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
