Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to meet specific business process and application requirements. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding organizational needs and translating them into effective software solutions. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that the applications developed align with business goals and provide seamless user experiences. Continuous refinement and adaptation of applications to evolving requirements are integral parts of the daily routine, ensuring that the solutions remain relevant and efficient.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify process improvements and implement innovative solutions within the team.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and successful delivery of project objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation.
- Experience in designing and developing automated workflows to streamline business processes.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and best practices in application configuration.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to robotic process automation.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect automation solutions with existing systems.
- Skilled in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
