The Role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Lead solution design workshops and collaborate directly with clients to define scalable Lead-to-Cash processes.
- Configure and implement product catalogues, pricing models, discounting rules, approvals, quoting processes, and contract lifecycle solutions.
- Translate business and system requirements into detailed technical designs and implementation specifications.
- Support integrations between Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud and external systems such as ERP, billing, order management, and CRM platforms.
- Provide production support, release management, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5-6 years of hands-on Salesforce CPQ experience.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales CPQ or Salesforce Revenue Cloud.
- Solid understanding of Lead-to-Cash (L2C) business processes.
- Experience delivering Salesforce solutions in client-facing consulting environments.
- Proven ability to engage with business and technical stakeholders.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce CPQ Certification.
- Salesforce Revenue Cloud experience.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Knowledge of integration architectures and enterprise applications.
- Experience working in complex enterprise transformation programs.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
