Job Description

Are you proficient in IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) and looking for a rewarding opportunity as an Application Developer? Join our team at Accenture in Helsinki and be part of designing and building impactful solutions using IBM BPM/BAW.


As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements using IBM BPM/BAW. Your day-to-day tasks will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams and delivering data-driven solutions.


Roles & Responsibilities:
•    Design, build, and configure applications using IBM BPM/BAW to meet business process and application requirements
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
•    Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, test plans, and user manuals
•    Provide technical support and troubleshooting for applications developed using IBM BPM/BAW

Qualifications

Professional & Technical Skills:
•    Must have skills: Proficiency in IBM BPM/BAW 
•    Good to have skills: Experience with Java, JavaScript, and SQL
•    Strong understanding of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies
•    Experience with web services, RESTful APIs, and XML
•    Solid grasp of database concepts and data modeling
•    Familiarity with version control tools like Git or SVN

Additional Information:
•    The candidate should have a minimum of 6-10 years of experience in IBM BPM/BAW
•    Strong analytical and communication skills
•    Excellent Finnish and English communication skills
•    The candidate must be resident in Finland
•    Experience in Insurance domain is an added advantage
