Technology Consulting Analyst (Prague, Czech Republic)
Technology Strategy & Advisory (TS&A) practice brings together experienced IT transformation architects and advisors across many industries. We are the partner to client business and technology leadership teams.
TS&A projects include assessment of current state of IT technology (architecture, operating model, infrastructure, integrations, organizations, etc.) against desired performance levels and vision, identifying actions and creating a roadmap to achieve the specified targets. In most cases our work is related to enterprise transformation or resolving legacy problems and complications. We are approached by clients who trust in our ability to analyze, understand, and develop a path towards success.
We leverage our cross-industry experience and international expertise to bring cutting edge insights and high value advisory to our clients. Most of TS&A projects usually last 3-6 months, so there is a great degree of exposure to different areas of IT technology, client industries, and challenges – certainly not a dull job.
The expectation from a new joiner is to have an active role in all aspects of the project: identifying issues, forming hypotheses, conducting analyses, synthesizing conclusions into recommendations, designing IT systems, and supporting implementation.
We seek juniors, who are:
highly motivated
desire to work hard and grow quickly
able to work under pressure
able to communicate in Czech/Slovak and English at working proficiency, German language is a nice-to-have
interested in IT technology
flexible for part-time travel
graduates of technical universities (nice to have)
This has to be accompanied by outstanding academic record, leadership skills, and ability to work in a team. Participation in internship programs and experience demonstrating analytical skills are advantageous.
