Song: Junior Product Designer (Part-Time, DPČ, Prague)
We’re looking for a Junior Product Designer to join our growing mobile team at Accenture Song — someone with a sharp eye for detail, a love for clean and thoughtful UI, and the ambition to grow into a well-rounded product designer.

About the Role
You’ll join a dedicated product team designing a large-scale mobile app for end users, collaborating closely with developers and the design system team to ensure a consistent and polished experience across platforms.
Your main focus will be on UI design, component creation, and prototyping. You’ll work alongside experienced designers who value mentorship, collaboration, and a shared sense of craft. This is a hands-on role where you’ll help shape the visual quality of the product while learning the principles of scalable, user-centered design.
Responsibilities
Design execution
Create high-quality UI designs and mobile components that align with platform guidelines (iOS and Android).
Contribute to the design system, maintaining consistency and scalability across features.
Build interactive prototypes that bring design ideas to life and clearly communicate interactions.
Support design QA to ensure visual accuracy and usability in development.
Collaboration
Work closely with developers to align on design feasibility and component behaviour.
Collaborate with the design system team to ensure cohesive design patterns.
Participate in design reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback.
Help document components and design decisions in Figma.
Learning & Growth
Stay open to exploring AI-assisted tools and workflows that enhance productivity and creativity.
Expand your understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and cross-platform design.
Take initiative in learning from peers, asking questions, and contributing ideas.
Experience & Skills:
1–2 years of experience in product or UI design, ideally within a mobile app environment.
Solid foundation in visual design, UI components, and interaction design.
Proficiency in Figma and FigJam; knowledge of Swift UI or Jetpack Compose is a plus.
Familiarity with AI-powered design tools is an advantage.
Basic understanding of UX research methods is a plus.
Fluent in English, written and verbal (minimum B2 level), Czech is a bonus
