Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to implement end-to-end payroll processes and services, including payroll programs, initiatives and operations. Contribute to payroll insight and solutions, payroll calculations, compliance and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate payroll transactions according to SLAs and statutory obligations.
- Develop and apply global guidelines, frameworks, and methodologies.
- Manage enhancements to Total Rewards systems, tools, and processes.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in HR processes and tools.
- Administer and maintain equity policies and procedures.
- Support C&B lead in various payroll programs and initiatives.
- Establish and build relationships with internal and external customers.
- Perform quality controls and ensure payroll accuracy.
- Provide metrics and status reporting to leadership.
- Support government and tax authority auditing.
Team management
- Develop and mentor people, act as a career counselor and create a high performing team (foster relationships, resolve conflicts, etc.)
Qualifications
- Deep knowledge in payroll processes and HR tools.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and projects.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
