Accenture is currently seeking a Contract Services Analyst who is looking for an exciting and challenging career with Accenture – an employer that enables you to make a real difference.
As the Contract Services Analyst, you will support:
- Creation of contracting records in CLM systems.
- Maintenance and facilitation of records including updates, amendments and archiving of inactive contracts based on client schedule and requests.
- Ensuring contract data completeness and integrity.
- Liaising with contract owners to address queries, gaps and actions related to contract records.
- Liaising with approvers from client’s side to ensure all required contract approvals are captured in the CLM system.
- Reporting on ongoing loading of contacts and overall database.
- Enable Contract content and Load Contracts / Agreements as per schedule / approved client requests.
- Report on progress.
- Maintain required documentation.
- Support drafting of low [and medium] complexity contracts, as well as contract negotiations and redlining with third party suppliers.
- Supporting the execution of contracts through the client’s eSignature tool.
- This is a non-attorney position.
- This role will be primarily based in Accenture Prague. The primary categories of contract expertise are IT, Marketing, Facilities, logistics and Corporate and Professional Service.
What skills, qualifications and competencies do you need:
Bachelor’s degree in law or appropriate para-legal, contract management or contract admin experience.
Three + years of relevant work experience.
Proficiency in one or more CLM systems (Coupa CLM or CLM-A, Ariba Contracts, iCertis, Docusign CM).
Good understanding of contract structure document and hierarchy.
Understanding of basic and advanced contract metadata fields.
Basic understanding of contractual clauses.
Good client facing communication skills.
Experience with CLM reporting.
English and French language skills on C1 level. Italian language on C1 level is nice to have.
