The Automation QA (Salesforce) is a professional with a strong background in a technology field, such as Computer Science or Web Development, and is responsible for providing test automation services for multiple products and applications adhering to Accenture standards and policies.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts for Salesforce applications using testing frameworks and tools such as Selenium, ApexTestRunner, and Salesforce Test Automation Kit.

  • Design, implement, and execute functional, regression, and integration tests to validate the behavior and performance of Salesforce functionalities across multiple clouds and components.

  • Collaborate with software developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and translate them into comprehensive test plans and scenarios covering various use cases and workflows.

  • Analyze test results, identify defects, and work collaboratively with development teams to prioritize and resolve issues impacting Salesforce functionality across different clouds and components.

  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines.

  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of Salesforce-specific test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.



Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.

  • Advanced English skills: writing, reading and speaking.

  • Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.

  • Ability to communicate findings to technical and non-technical colleagues.

  • 3+ years of experience as QA Automation Engineer or similar role.

  • Experience required in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Case Management within Service Cloud, and Reports & Dashboards.

  • Proficiency in using Apex.

  • Experience running manual and complex automated scripts and apply knowledge to planning.

  • Strong technical experience in Selenium.

  • Experience on the creation of different types of Automation frameworks (Data driven, Keyword driven, etc.).

  • Experience analyzing business requirements and performing different types of testing: stress, performance, functional, API, end-to-end testing.

  • Create and execute test cases to validate the functionality, performance, and security of Salesforce applications.

  • Continuously enhance and optimize automated test suites to ensure comprehensive coverage.

  • Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Apex Test Automation).

Nice to have

  • Financial Services Cloud (FSC).

  • Copado Robotic Testing.

  • Version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

  • Agile development methodologies and tools such as JIRA.

  • Genesys Telephony Integration, Omni Channel (Queues, Skills), Flex Cards and Omni Studio, Lightning Flow, Apex and Integrations, LWC and Aura Components, Mulesoft, Salesforce CRMA (Analytics), Copado DevOps.

  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I.
