As a Marketing Strategy, you will support the development and execution of end to end off online marketing strategies and campaigns, in alignment with the overall marketing strategy of the client. Understand and apply the right channels in the marketing mix. Create project work plans, and deliver campaigns. May collaborate with marketing services resources and third party service providers e.g., agencies, designers, and writers. Assess and monitor performance against objectives, metrics, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Requires analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems. May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapt existing methods and procedures.

  • Requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.

  • Primary upward interaction is with the direct supervisor or team leads. May interact with peers and or management levels at a client and or within Accenture.

  • Requires guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments.

  • Decisions impact own work and may impact the work of others

  • Individual contributor and or oversees a small work effort and or team.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • 4 years of experience in strategic planning of end to end, multichannel marketing campaigns on offline marketing

  • Strong English Skills for Business Written and Spoken

  • Experience in crafting marketing strategies at a local regional level.

  • Experience interacting and collaborating with sales commercial teams is needed and will be assessed.

  • Experience working with clients in United States is preferred.

  • Experience working with Energy oil and gas clients strongly preferred

  • Experience crafting low to medium complexity marketing plans and or programs.

  • Digitally fluent, with knowledge of digital marketing best practices.

  • Good presentation skills, desired experience pitching proposals to clients , ability to think on the fly.

  • Able to craft verbal and written tactical recommendations and guidance for marketing professionals.

  • Ability to work independently, taking ownership of accounts while also working collaboratively.

  • Good time management and prioritization skills.

  • Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized.

  • Project Management Experience is preferred.

  • Experience working within project management and CRM software is preferred.

  • Experience in a worldwide marketing program and or working with high end agencies
