The Learning Program Advisor LPA is responsible for advising on, creating, and documenting operational processes for learning course programs for virtual and classroom settings, to ensure successful execution and scaling of learning programs.

Key Responsibilities
Provide consultative advisement to client program leaders to create delightful, enduring, and scalable learner experiences for the clients most critical HR and Leadership transformation programs
Research optimal operational solutions and requirements, or improvement of existing operations, based on program need and in alignment with operational processes and with focus on learning program health and scalable longevity
Interact directly with client program owner to align training and business objectives, creating an operationalized solution for implementation
Collaborate with the client to build and maintain short term and long term course deployment plans outlining key milestones, activities, and deliverables necessary to prepare for a learning event launch
Advise on course registration options and settings, including session minimum and maximums, cancellation policies, program evaluation, communications, etc.
Develop, document, test and launch new operational processes and related documentation that support the successful execution and scaling of learning events
Support the client s course and session set up request process by ensuring our delivery admin team is informed to enable scheduling, supplier and facilities booking
Provide input to and support for multi day learning program experiences for priority programs, including asking questions and posing recommendations for event design, budget, localization, and operationalization
Attend client planning sessions focused on creating end to end delivery outcomes for priority program pilots and launches

Basic Qualifications

Minimum 2 years experience client facing in a corporate environment
Minimum 3 years experience process mapping or design
Minimum 2 years experience in project or program management
Minimum 2 years experience learning program management

Preferred Qualifications

Experience advising and partnering with executive level audiences
Experience in process mapping or design
Exposure to learning program management experience from design, development or delivery
Experience as a corporate event planner or learning lead coordinator
