As a Data Analyst at Accenture, you play a crucial role in developing and maintaining visually appealing dashboards, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, and ensuring seamless data workflows. Your proactive approach minimizes disruptions and guarantees timely updates, while regular report building provides key insights for informed decision-making. Beyond evaluation, you will actively enhance products by working closely with a diverse team of Engineers and Analysts, employing statistical methods to address quality measurement and consumer product improvement. Your expertise in data analysis, anomaly identification, and adherence to best practices contributes to the maintenance of data integrity. In this dynamic environment, your role goes beyond traditional analytics, shaping the future of technology experiences through impactful insights and contributions.

Responsibilities:

  • Data Analytics and Foundational Work: 

    • Prioritize, target, and conduct foundational data analytics work to support growth marketing conversion and expansion programs. 

    • Implement experimentation and attribution models to optimize marketing strategies in both console and email channels. 
       

  • ML/AI Model Training and Deployment: 

    • Train, test, deploy, and continually improve ML/AI models for tasks such as audience segmentation, marketing engagement level evaluation, and prioritization of sales engagement with accounts. 

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning insights into marketing strategies. 
       

  • Collaboration on Data Science Projects: 

    • Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders on data science projects to optimize demand funnel outcomes. 

    • Provide data-driven insights to enhance the effectiveness of marketing and sales initiatives. 
       

  • Predictive Analytics for Customer Segmentation: 

    • Build predictive analytics models to identify and refine customer segments based on behavior, preferences, and engagement patterns. 

    • Collaborate with marketing teams to tailor strategies for targeted audience segments, optimizing conversion rates. 
       

  • Automated Reporting Dashboards: 

    • Create automated reporting dashboards that offer real-time insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) for growth marketing programs. 

    • Implement visualization tools to facilitate easy interpretation of data by cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. 

  • 6+ years of relevant Data Science experience 

  • 2+ years of experience of analyzing marketing funnel performance 

  • 2+ years of experience running experiments and conducting A/B testing 

  • Proficiency in Data Modeling, Experimental Design/Analysis, Marketing and/or Business Analytics. 

  • Experienced with programming languages and Data Science scripting (in Python / R / Scala / Julia)  

  • 2+ years Experience with Cloud Technologies 

  • Experience in implementing ethical practices into data science.  

  • Advanced English skills: writing, reading and speaking
