The Operations Supervisor is responsible for handling a team of 15+ Associates (indirect reports) or 2 to 3 Team Leads (Direct reports). The position demands an individual who is a right mix of People and Process expert. The person must ensure efficient and effective delivery from the team in accurate financial operations.

The Supervisor will be reporting to Tower Manager and is responsible for the smooth operation of the team, setting the right expectations in terms of ensuring strong financial controls, ensuring SLA and productivity delivery, and creating the performance appraisals for the team.

Also Demonstrate strong expertise in direct responsibility in operations and sound understanding of other areas.

Drive process effectiveness through Continuous Improvement and Process Transformation. Resolve or escalate Process Area specific service issues.

Ensure the customer/client perspective is at the forefront of all business decisions along with being in line with the contract and Accenture policies. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering as per Service Level Agreements.

Clearly communicate priorities to the team and explain how to execute giving specific goals, action plans, and deliverables and establish strong working relationships with client and internal teams.


  • Supervises task related activities in the team.

  • Strong process governance reporting of metrics daily.

  • Proactive and constant communication with management to ensure process stability and requirements compliance.

  • Knowing and following the escalation path when needed dispute or resolution .

  • Analyse, interpret, and communicate valuable information to management.

  • Needs to understand and control the entire process and ensure the other team members are following processes correctly.

  • Exercises independent judgment and discretion in handling various scenarios.

  • Drives continuous improvement, focusing on simplification and standardization.

  • Responsible for developing and monthly tracking for all aspects of performance management: setting expectations, observing, coaching, counselling, and giving rewards.

  • Generate and report on Key Performance Indicators.

  • Assist the tower Manager in the preparation of Management reports, SLAs & KPIs, KPI Analysis.

  • Participate in performance management processes.

  • Motivates and persuades others to achieve common goals.

  • Has the ability to deliver through managing people.

  • Managing cross-functional projects as well as across geographies.

  • Form strong collaborative relationship with the client.

  • Perform any other tasks, duties, or services requested by his/her immediate superior or to meet management needs.



  • Bachelor s degree required Accounting Finance background.

  • 6 8 years of demonstrated work experience on RTR processes

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, related process domain expertise and experience, supervisory skills

  • 4 5 years of experience in leading and motivating a team to achieve goals

  • Working knowledge of ERP s

  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability and confidence to operate at senior levels within client and Accenture organizations

  • Strong improvement process skills

  • English C1
