Pupils

You’re about to graduate from school and are interested in application development, digitalization, and tech trends? Then an IT apprenticeship is just right for you!

Your apprenticeship

Start your IT career with hands-on education and real client projects.

In your first two years, you will complete solid foundational training at our partner companies Noser Young AG or TIE International AG. There, you will learn the fundamental skills of application development and teamwork, and you’ll already take on your first responsibilities in real projects. Optionally, you can also specialize in cyber security.

From the third year onwards, you’ll apply your knowledge in real client projects at Accenture. You’ll gain insights into dynamic IT consulting for clients from various industries and contribute to the development of innovative software products. From Big Data to Cloud to Artificial Intelligence, you’ll support teams in implementing digital solutions. Our state-of-the-art office in the heart of Zurich offers you the perfect environment to learn, connect, and grow in an international setting.

Alongside your practical apprenticeship, you’ll attend vocational school 1–2 days per week to deepen your theoretical knowledge. If you wish to complete the vocational baccalaureate (BMS), you’ll have 2 school days per week.

Throughout your apprenticeship, you’ll be supported by experienced vocational trainers. They will support you individually, foster your strengths, and are always available to answer your questions.

After four years, you’ll hold your Federal Vocational Education and Training (VET) diploma, and optionally the BMS degree, in your hands. With this qualification, you are well prepared for your professional future and might soon accelerate your career at Accenture.
