Revenue Cloud Architect (all genders)
Shape the future of modern sales processes as a Revenue Cloud Architect and translate complex business models into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Your mission
Are you a Salesforce Revenue Cloud expert looking to transform complex commercial models into elegant, scalable solutions? Do you want to work at the intersection of technical architecture and business transformation, driving CPQ-to-Cash implementations for leading enterprise companies?
As a Revenue Cloud Architect, you will design and implement end-to-end Revenue Cloud solutions. You will be responsible for the technical architecture and work closely with customers, delivery leads, and global teams.
Your Daily Work
Solution Architecture
- Design end-to-end Revenue Cloud solutions (Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced / Agentforce Revenue Management), covering product catalogs, pricing, CPQ, contract management, billing, and revenue recognition.
- Lead fit-gap analyses and translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce architectures.
- Define data models, integration patterns (APIs, MuleSoft), and deployment strategies across different environments.
Hands-on Implementation
- Configure and develop Revenue Cloud components, including product rules (CML, Custom Configurator), pricing (Price-Based Adjustment Schedules), billing flows, and contract management.
- Create proofs of concept (POCs) within short timeframes (1–2 weeks) to validate architectural decisions in collaboration with customers.
- Ensure solution quality through code reviews, testing strategies, and deployment governance.
Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
- Lead customer workshops to gather requirements, present solution options, and drive decision-making.
- Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to integrate the Revenue Cloud architecture into the broader enterprise landscape.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Salesforce product teams.
Team & Knowledge
- Collaborate closely with delivery leads, project managers, and cross-functional consultants.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the internal Revenue Cloud Community of Practice.
Who You Are
- At least 7 years of combined experience in Revenue Management / CPQ-to-Cash, covering requirements analysis, product and billing design, implementation, deployment, and data migration.
- At least 4 years of hands-on project experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud, from design through to deployment.
- In-depth technical knowledge of Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced, including billing, with expertise in Product Rules (CML, Custom Configurator), pricing configuration, and billing design.
- A solid understanding of Revenue Cloud integration patterns and enterprise architecture principles, as well as experience in fit-gap analysis and requirements engineering (at least 5 years, independent of the system or platform).
- Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Revenue Cloud Consultant, CPQ Specialist, System Architect).
