Technology Architect

Key Responsibilities
* Understand our customers' needs to define system specifications
* Lead the technical solution design and architecture of our delivery projects
* Engage frequently with clients during both delivery projects and sales proposals
* Communicate system requirements to software development teams
* Evaluate and select appropriate software and technologies, suggest integration methods, and utilize appropriate cloud services
* Oversee assigned projects, conduct code reviews, and provide guidance to team members
* Ensure the implementation of the proposed architecture and infrastructure
* Continuously oversee systems to ensure they meet both user needs and business goals
* Keep up to date with current trends and technologies
* Occasional client visits to Europe
* Evaluate and architect AI integration opportunities
* Design AI-ready system architectures
* Architect data pipelines, API contracts, and infrastructure
Required Qualifications
* Proven experience as a software architect
* Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS)
* Hands-on experience with software development
* Strong knowledge of OOP (Object-Oriented Programming) fundamentals, design patterns, and data structures
* Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, C#, Python, Kotlin, JavaScript)
* Strong knowledge of at least one database system (RDBMS [Relational Database Management System], NoSQL, etc.)
* Knowledge of enterprise systems, networking, and software integration
* Fundamental knowledge and understanding of web technologies and frameworks (Angular, React, etc.)
* Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, UNIX, etc.)
* Fundamental understanding and working knowledge of containerization and microservices
* Practitioner of automation, DevOps, CI/CD, and IaC (Infrastructure as Code) tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, etc.)
* Working knowledge of LLM applications and generative AI use cases
* Understanding of how AI/ML components integrate into system architecture (data pipelines, model serving, inference patterns)
* Familiarity with AI platforms and services (Azure OpenAI, AWS SageMaker, Hugging Face, and vector databases such as Pinecone and Weaviate)
* Excellent communication skills
* Advanced problem-solving skills
* Organizational and leadership skills
* Fluent written and verbal English skills
* BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
