Payroll Senior Analyst  – Global Payroll

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Analyst to support the end-to-end processing of  payroll within a global shared services and operating model. The role will focus on delivering accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing activities while working closely with internal payroll teams, internal partners, , and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end payroll processing as per defined service calendars.
  • Execute payroll control activities including data validation, reconciliations, variance analysis, and post-payroll checks.
  • Process payroll inputs including new hires, leavers, salary changes, bonuses, overtime, deductions, and statutory elements.
  • Liaise with internal partners and employees to resolve payroll queries and data issues.
  • Work with external payroll vendors to support accurate payroll delivery and issue resolution.
  • Support post payroll reporting activities.
  • Ensure payroll processing aligns with internal controls, audit requirements, and regional governance standards.
  • Maintain payroll process documentation, standard operating procedures, (SOPs) and knowledge transfer materials.
  • Participate in payroll transition, stabilisation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Preferable Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years’ experience supporting payroll processing, ideally within global payroll environments.
  • Strong understanding of payroll fundamentals (gross-to-net, statutory deductions, payroll controls).
  • Experience with enterprise payroll systems.
  • Proficient Microsoft Excel skills and analytical capability.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to work to strict payroll deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
