HR Service Payroll Delivery Specialist
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including pre- and post-payroll activities
• Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and adherence to statutory requirements
• Perform payroll audits, reconciliations, and resolve discrepancies
• Review payroll reports and ensure timely and accurate payroll delivery
• Coordinate with payroll providers and internal stakeholders
• Supervise and support payroll team members
• Monitor payroll timelines and ensure deadlines are met
• Support process improvements and payroll reporting activities
Qualifications
• At least 5 years of payroll experience
• Minimum of 3 years supervisory or people management experience
• SAP Payroll (HCM) experience is required (must be payroll operations-focused, not SAP Finance/Accounting)
• Strong experience in payroll audits, controls, and compliance
• Experience in end-to-end payroll processing (pre- and post-payroll activities)
• Knowledge of statutory and legislative payroll requirements
• Experience coordinating with stakeholders or payroll providers
• Strong Excel, analytical, and communication skills
