We believe that delivering value requires innovation, and innovation thrives in an inclusive and diverse environment. Our people deliver on the promise of technology and human ingenuity every day, serving clients in more than 120 countries.
You Are:
A Senior Executive Technology Leader with deep expertise in payer core administration, Medicare technology, and large-scale health plan implementations. You bring a career defined by owning complex delivery — spanning implementation, run operations, configuration, product enhancements, and new client onboarding — across enterprise payer platforms. You have held or operated at the level of CTO, CIO, VP of IT, IT Director, or senior program leader, and you are equally comfortable advising client executives and driving execution across workstreams.
As the overall Delivery Lead for Accenture's work with our partners solutions, you will own end-to-end accountability serving as the primary technology authority for delivery of Accenture technology services in support of our partner's clients, and lead high-impact delivery teams within Accenture Health & Public Service Technology.
The Work:
Own end-to-end delivery accountability for our partners solutions, including implementation, run operations, configuration, product enhancements, and new client onboarding
Serve as the senior delivery lead across all workstreams, driving execution, resolving escalations, and maintaining accountability for outcomes across multiple clients and stakeholders
Lead provider network strategy and implementation within HealthRules Payer, including BlueCard® cross-plan participation, Medicare contracting models, and BCBS-affiliated plans
Own provider network setup, including suppliers (TINs), practitioners, practitioner roles, supplier locations, fee schedules, and reimbursement structures
Translate BCBS, BlueCard®, Medicare, and CMS regulatory requirements into scalable HealthRules Payer configuration and operational solutions
Oversee steady-state run operations, including platform stability, release management, upgrades, and ongoing performance
Ensure HealthRules Payer business rules integrate seamlessly with enterprise claims, billing, and downstream operational systems
Lead planning, execution, and go-live accountability for large-scale implementations aligned to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Partner with Functional, Integration, Data, and Testing leads to ensure cohesive, end-to-end delivery across complex, multi-workstream initiatives
Serve as the primary client executive advisor on technology strategy, provider network design, BlueCard® compliance, and issue resolution
Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to provider network setup, platform operations, and Medicare claims impacts
Contribute to practice growth, delivery assets, and capability development within Accenture's Medicare and payer technology practice
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
