Supply Chain and Engineering– Global Capability Centers (GCC) Go-To-Market, Senior Manager / Associate Director
WHO WE ARE
We are Accenture Supply Chain and Engineering Reinvention Engine. We embed innovation, intelligence, and sustainability into the way the world designs, engineers, manufactures, and operates products. We enable engineering and manufacturing clients to reinvent engineering and manufacturing through digital technologies.
THE WORK
Accenture is seeking a Senior Manager / Associate Director to help shape and drive Supply Chain & Operations (SC&O) transformations enabled through Global Capability Centers (GCCs) across multiple industries, with a focus on digital engineering and manufacturing capability build-out. This leader will partner with senior client stakeholders and support Managing Directors in engaging C-suite executives to design, launch, scale, and evolve GCCs as strategic engines that deliver end-to-end supply chain, operations, and engineering capabilities—not simply cost-efficient delivery centers.
The role sits at the intersection of SC&O transformation, operating model design, talent strategy, and global delivery, helping clients unlock value by integrating GCCs into their broader supply chain and enterprise transformation agendas. With Accenture’s unmatched global scale and deep SC&O expertise, this leader will shape and deliver complex, multi-year programs that drive resilience, growth, and sustained operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Client Leadership & Growth
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain operations leaders, and support MDs in engaging C-suite stakeholders, shaping GCC-enabled SC&O strategies across industries.
Support origination, lead solution shaping, and help close consulting and transformation programs, including GCC design, expansion, and maturity journeys — applying net-new hunting, workshop-led solutioning, and structured pursuit governance.
Build and grow executive relationships across priority accounts, positioning GCCs as integral to engineering, supply chain, operations, and enterprise reinvention.
GCC-Enabled SC&O Transformation
Lead workstreams across the design and execution of GCC operating models supporting product engineering, digital thread, simulation, smart manufacturing, supply chain planning, logistics, procurement, and operations analytics.
Integrate GCCs into end-to-end SC&O transformations, spanning strategy, engineering process and toolchain redesign, technology enablement, and global delivery.
Operationalize governance, ways of working, performance management, and value tracking to ensure GCCs deliver measurable business outcomes.
Operating model redesign across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain functions
Cross-Industry Delivery Leadership
Drive day-to-day delivery of complex, multi-country workstreams across industries such as Industrials, Life Sciences, Consumer Goods, Retail, and Resources.
Partner with Industry X, Digital Engineering, Data & AI, and Technology teams to deliver integrated, scalable solutions through GCCs, applying digital twin, simulation, and AI across the product lifecycle.
Practice & Talent Leadership
Lead and mentor onshore and GCC-based delivery teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and SC&O practitioners across geographies.
Pursuit lifecycle management including opportunity qualification and proposal development
Manage delivery quality, financial performance, and risk on assigned engagements within the GCC-enabled SC&O portfolio.
Contribute to GCC go-to-market offerings, thought leadership, and reusable assets within the SC&O practice.
Here's what you need:
-
Minimum 12 years working in a Consulting environment
-
8+ years leadership experience in Supply Chain & Operations transformation, with depth in engineering, or manufacturing, ideally within consulting or professional services.
-
8+ years of Hands-on experience contributing to or leading workstreams on Global Capability Centers (GCCs) or large-scale global delivery models.
Bonus Points If:
-
Experience across multiple industries (e.g., Industrial, Life Sciences, CGRT, Resources).
-
Background integrating GCCs with digital, analytics, and engineering capabilities, including digital twin and simulation, smart factory and predictive maintenance, AI-enabled process transformation
-
Familiarity with operating model design, workforce strategy, and global governance frameworks, and exposure to greenfield manufacturing or engineering programs from concept to execution.
-
Strong commercial acumen with experience in solution shaping, pursuit support, and engagement-level financial management.
-
Ability to influence and advise senior client stakeholders across complex, matrixed organizations, including Chief Engineers, Manufacturing and Supply Chain leaders.
