HR Services Delivery (Talent Acquisition) Associate - Japanese Speaker
Job Summary:
Support our hiring efforts by identifying and engaging potential candidates for a variety of roles. This role will work closely with recruiters to build initial pipelines of passive and active talent. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on research, outreach, and learning the foundations of candidate engagement. Success in this role requires agility, curiosity, and a proactive approach to sourcing tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
Use various sourcing methods (Boolean searches, LinkedIn, job boards, databases, social media, etc.) to identify potential candidates
Conduct outreach campaigns and engage passive talent to generate interest in open roles
Pre-screen and assess candidates to determine fit for current or future opportunities
Maintain accurate and organized candidate data within the ATS and sourcing tools
Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and frequently hired roles
Track and report on sourcing metrics, including outreach volume, response rate, and conversion to interviews
Support diversity sourcing strategies to build a more inclusive talent pool
Stay current with industry trends, talent market shifts, and sourcing best practices
Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating agility in managing multiple sourcing priorities across regions

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 1 - 3 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition
Experience delivering Talent Acquisition services across SEA and ANZ, with understanding of regional hiring practices and compliance nuances.
Proficient in sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, ATS, CRM)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage passive candidates
Detail-oriented with strong research and data management skills
Fluency in Japanese and English is a must
