Key Responsibilities

  • Lead requirement gathering sessions and analyze warehouse management business processes.
  • Design and implement solutions using SAP EWM.
  • Manage full project lifecycle including blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, go-live, and hypercare support.
  • Provide consulting on inbound, outbound, inventory management, RF framework, labor management, and automation integration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM, SD, PP, TM, and BASIS teams.
  • Conduct workshops and present recommendations to client stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and digital transformation.
  • Support business development activities, proposals, and pre-sales discussions when required.
  • Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge sharing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in SAP EWM implementation/support projects.
  • Minimum 5- 7 years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse processes, logistics execution, and supply chain operations.
  • Experience in end-to-end SAP project delivery.
  • Knowledge of integration with SAP S/4HANA and other SAP modules.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a consulting environment with multiple clients and priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with automation systems, MFS, RF devices, or barcode solutions.
  • SAP certification in EWM or relevant modules.
  • Experience in regional or global rollout projects.
