SAP SD Management Consulting Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Gather business requirements and analyze sales and distribution processes.
- Design, configure, and implement solutions in SAP SD.
- Manage full project lifecycle including blueprinting, configuration, testing, user training, go-live, and post-go-live support.
- Configure and support core areas such as order management, pricing, shipping, billing, returns, credit management, and customer master data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including MM, FI/CO, PP, WM/EWM, and BASIS.
- Lead workshops and provide strategic recommendations to business stakeholders.
- Drive process improvements and digital transformation initiatives across Order-to-Cash cycles.
- Support pre-sales, proposals, estimations, and client presentations when required.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to capability development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Proven experience in SAP SD implementation/support projects. Minimum experience of 10 years.
- Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C), sales operations, pricing, and billing processes.
- Experience in end-to-end SAP project delivery.
- Knowledge of integration with SAP S/4HANA and other SAP modules.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a consulting environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP certification in SD or S/4HANA Sales.
- Experience in regional/global rollout projects.
- Knowledge of advanced ATP, FSCM Credit Management, EDI, or CRM integrations.
