You bring strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. You are thoughtful, curious, and eager to learn. You ask good questions, look for patterns, and connect the dots across customer needs, business goals, and team realities.
You can support work that connects product strategy to the operating model required to deliver it. You help ensure alignment across teams, processes, and ways of working so that product direction can be executed effectively.
You bring an AI-first mindset and look for new ways to solve product, customer, and operating model problems using AI. You are building practical fluency in AI and understand that it is changing how products are planned, delivered, and improved. You have used AI in your own work to improve research, analysis, planning, or content creation, and you are excited about helping clients unlock value from it in pragmatic ways.
The work:
Support and lead portions of client work across digital product strategy, product transformation, and AI-enabled engagements
Gather and synthesize inputs from stakeholders, market research, product artifacts, and delivery teams to help shape recommendations
Analyze product practices, governance models, workflows, team structures, and pain points to identify opportunities for improvement
Contribute to product visions, opportunity assessments, roadmaps, business cases, and transformation materials
Support efforts to define how teams, processes, decision-making, and ways of working should come together to deliver product strategy effectively
Support client workshops, stakeholder interviews, and working sessions, translating findings into clear outputs and decisions
Help identify AI-related opportunities, including use case framing, process mapping, value articulation, and adoption planning
Connect strategic recommendations to delivery implications, including prioritization, roles, operating rhythms, and execution readiness
Create high-quality presentations, strategic materials, and client deliverables with strong attention to detail
Collaborate closely with team members across strategy, product, design, engineering, and data
Here’s what you’ll need:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management with consulting, digital strategy, innovation, transformation, or a related experience. Experience should include:
- Experience contributing to client-facing work with stakeholders up to Senior Manager level, with exposure to Directors
- Interest in digital product strategy, product operating models, and digital transformation
- Practical understanding of how AI can create value in product, delivery, and business processes
- Ability to use AI tools to enhance the quality and efficiency of your own work
- Familiarity with agentic workflows, human oversight, governance, and responsible adoption concepts
Bonus points if:
- Experience in Communications, Media, and Technology, retail, consumer products, or other customer-centric industries
- Experience supporting product assessments, roadmap development, or operating model work
- Experience writing user stories, supporting product owners, or working within agile product teams
- Experience using AI to improve research, planning, analysis, or delivery workflows
- Exposure to commerce, omnichannel, personalization, or customer experience initiatives
- Curiosity, initiative, and the ability to synthesize information and connect ideas across teams and stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and storytelling skills
Travel:
Travel may be required based on client, business, and engagement needs
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
