We are looking for experience in the following skills:
Deep technical expertise in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), with a strong focus on AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI integration.
Hands-on experience with SAP AI Core, Generative AI Hub, and SAP HANA Cloud Vector Engine (for Retrieval-Augmented Generation, RAG).
Proven ability to embed AI and advanced analytics into SAP business processes, leveraging SAP’s Business AI suite and integrating external LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI).
Proficiency in SAP BTP application development using CAP (NodeJS/Java) and/or RAP (ABAP), with experience in SAPUI5/Fiori and SAP Build for low-code/no-code AI solutions.
Strong understanding of SAP Integration Suite (CPI), API Management, and event-driven architectures (Event Mesh).
Experience designing and implementing secure, scalable, and high-performing enterprise solutions in hybrid cloud environments.
Familiarity with data science and AI programming languages (Python preferred), and the ability to operationalize AI models within SAP landscapes.
Ability to collaborate with business and functional teams to translate requirements into intelligent, value-driven solutions.

Demonstrated success in leading AI-driven SAP transformation projects and supporting large-scale digital initiatives.
Experience integrating external AI platforms (e.g., Hugging Face, Azure OpenAI) into SAP BTP.
Strong capability in solution architecture, technical design workshops, and strategic advisory for clients and stakeholders.
Track record of mentoring and developing talent, and contributing to the SAP community through knowledge sharing, asset development, or thought leadership.
Passion for staying current with SAP’s evolving AI and BTP roadmap, and driving innovation within the organization.
