Core Engineering Lead - Networks
Buscamos un profesional con amplia experiencia que lidere iniciativas de infraestructura de red en proyectos de fusiones y adquisiciones (M&A), apoyando la evaluación, integración y optimización de entornos de red empresariales.
💡 Lo que harás:
• Diseñar, implementar y optimizar arquitecturas de red empresariales
• Liderar iniciativas técnicas y guiar a ingenieros de red en proyectos
• Evaluar e integrar infraestructuras de red en proyectos de M&A
• Desarrollar documentación técnica, diagramas y estándares de red
• Colaborar con equipos de negocio y TI para definir soluciones escalables y seguras
🧠 Requisitos clave:
• 9+ años de experiencia en ingeniería de redes
• Experiencia liderando equipos técnicos o proyectos de red
• Conocimiento avanzado en Cisco (Routing & Switching, Nexus, UCS, ACI)
• Experiencia en seguridad de red (Firewalls, VPN, IDS/IPS)
• Experiencia con SDN, balanceadores de carga y automatización de redes
• Certificaciones Cisco (deseable)
📍 Ubicación: Colombia (remoto híbrido)
