UCaaS Analyst
Buscamos un profesional que apoye iniciativas de migración de plataformas de Comunicaciones Unificadas, específicamente la transición desde RingCentral y RingCentral Contact Center hacia Microsoft Teams.
💡 Lo que harás:
• Realizar sesiones de descubrimiento y levantamiento de requerimientos con stakeholders
• Documentar flujos de llamadas, configuraciones actuales, integraciones y APIs
• Apoyar la planificación y coordinación de la migración a Microsoft Teams
• Identificar riesgos, dependencias y apoyar la gestión del proyecto
• Coordinar con equipos técnicos y de negocio para asegurar una transición exitosa
🧠 Requisitos clave:
• Experiencia con RingCentral MVP, Contact Center y Microsoft Teams Phone
• Experiencia en migraciones UCaaS
• Conocimiento en portabilidad de números, call flows y aprovisionamiento de usuarios
• Habilidades sólidas de documentación y comunicación
• Familiaridad con integraciones de API y telefonía empresarial
