JOB DESCRIPTION

 

1. Provide Technical/Clinical Assistance with the Epic Systems

  • Troubleshooting system issues: Diagnosing and resolving problems related to Epic modules (e.g., EpicCare, Radiant, Willow, etc.).
  • Supporting clinical users: Assisting physicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff with system navigation, order entry, documentation, and reporting.
  • Workflow optimization: Collaborating with clinical teams to ensure Epic supports efficient and accurate clinical workflows.
  • Training and guidance: Offering just-in-time training or refresher sessions to end users on Epic features and best practices.

2. Perform Thorough Functional and Technical Reviews via ServiceNow Tickets and Hotline and Provide Guidelines to End Users

3. Delegate Tasks/Ticket Assignment to the Rest of the Offshore Team

4. Prepare Weekly Performance Report

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Healthcare Management.

- Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).

- Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.

- Proficiency in programming languages relevant to healthcare applications.

- Experience with database management and data integration techniques.

- Familiarity with agile development practices and tools.

Education: Graduates only

Nursing grad, Allied Medical Health courses e.g. Pharmacist, Nutritionist with clinical experience)

Also welcome IT and business course graduates with Healthcare experience

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Healthcare Management.

- This position is based at our Manila office (UT2), Daily RTO, Mid to Night Shift
