Join Accenture’s Digital Risk & Compliance team and help leading financial institutions navigate the evolving landscape of risk and regulation. We are seeking experienced consultants with expertise across a range of risk and compliance domains, including: - Data Governance & Data Lineage - Risk Analytics & Reporting - Regulatory Reporting - Model Risk Management - AI Governance & Responsible AI - Credit Risk, Market Risk, Liquidity Risk, and Operational Risk.
Key Responsibilities
· Design and implement frameworks and platform solutions for data governance, data lineage, and data quality management.
· Develop, transform, and automate risk analytics and reporting solutions using advanced tools and methodologies.
· Support clients in meeting regulatory requirements across jurisdictions (e.g., Basel III/IV, IFRS 9, MAS, BNM, etc.) through technology-enabled compliance solutions.
· Design and implement model risk management frameworks and platform solutions, including validation, monitoring, and governance processes, leveraging tools such as SAS.
· Build and operationalize AI governance frameworks, ensuring ethical, transparent, and compliant use of AI/ML models in financial services.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate risk and compliance into digital transformation initiatives, leveraging automation and data-driven insights.
Qualifications
· 5-6 years and above of experience in risk and compliance roles within financial services or consulting.
· Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and risk domains (credit, market, liquidity, operational resilience).
· Experience with data management tools, risk analytics platforms, and regulatory reporting engines.
· Familiarity with AI/ML governance, model validation, and responsible AI practices is a plus.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, Data Science, or related fields.
Preferred Experience
· Experience with tools like SAS, Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, AxiomSL.
· Knowledge of GRC platforms (e.g., MetricStream, RSA Archer).
· Exposure to BCBS 239 compliance, data aggregation, and lineage tracking using enterprise platforms.
· Certifications such as FRM, PRM, CFA, or equivalent are advantageous.
