Key Responsibilities
- Lead customer onboarding and end-to-end software implementations, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery
- Gather and document requirements; translate them into actionable technical and business specifications.
- Design and develop solutions using C#, including customization, configuration, and automation
- Plan and execute complex SQL-based data migrations; validate data quality and troubleshoot issues
- Optimize SQL performance, write complex queries, stored procedures, and data transformation scripts
- Integrate APIs and third-party tools; ensure secure, reliable, and maintainable integrations
- Deploy and manage solutions on Azure
- Diagnose and resolve implementation issues
- Produce clear technical documentation.
- Manage timelines and dependencies across multiple projects with advanced time management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience building complex systems with C#
- High/advanced proficiency in SQL, including complex queries, stored procedures, optimization, and data migration
- Hands-on experience with data migration and troubleshooting across heterogeneous systems
- Cloud platform experience with Microsoft Azure
- Experience implementing software and leading customer onboarding
- Strong background integrating APIs and third-party tools
- Demonstrated expertise in requirements gathering and translating needs into solutions
- Excellent written documentation skills and stakeholder communication
- Advanced time management abilities
- Fluency in English
- Ability to travel as needed
