Junior SAP IBP Consultant
We are looking for a motivated SAP IBP Junior Consultant to support our digital transformation and supply chain optimization initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, assist in end‑to‑end implementation activities, and contribute to building efficient and scalable SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solutions.

Required Qualifications:
Strong understanding of supply chain management concepts.
Knowledge of supply planning, demand planning, and S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes.
Understanding PLM (Product Lifecycle Management).
Experience or familiarity with As‑Is / Fit‑Gap analysis.
Basic knowledge of change management principles.
Ability to support go‑live activities and resolve issues during hypercare.
Knowledge of SAP IBP also APO, PP or MM process information is nice to have.
Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving and conceptual skills.
Good communication and customer‑oriented mindset.
Fluency in English.
Key Responsibilities:
Support customers throughout their digital transformation journey by contributing to SAP IBP consulting and implementation activities.
Assist in analyzing and documenting customer requirements for supply chain, planning, and logistics processes.
Participate in As‑Is analysis and Fit‑Gap assessments to identify needed system enhancements.
Help conduct feasibility studies and contribute to developing solution concepts.
Support the creation of functional specifications and coordinate with development teams for implementation.
Contribute to activities across demand planning, supply planning, S&OP cycle planning, and inventory optimization processes.
Participate in change management activities, including training preparation and user adoption support.
Provide go‑live and hypercare support to ensure successful deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Europe, as well as near‑shore and off‑shore teams.
Assist in testing phases: preparing test scenarios, executing test cases, and documenting results.
Support data migration, validation, and integration activities between IBP and ECC/S4HANA.
Maintain project documentation and ensure alignment with internal quality standards.
The position will be based in Istanbul Teknopark/Kurtkoy.
