Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage end-to-end STLC processes with a strong focus on automation and continuous quality.
- Design, architect, and implement scalable, maintainable, and reusable automated testing frameworks and tools.
- Define automation strategies and quality approaches for complex, multi-service, distributed systems.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure the highest quality of software deliverables.
- Establish and enforce best practices in software testing and automation.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in software testing and automation technologies.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in software testing and test automation.
- Solid programming skills in at least one of Java, C#, Python etc.
- Strong knowledge in developing test automation structure from scratch using automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Playwright, Cypress).
- Experience with GenAI tools
- Experience in DevOps practices—CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI).
- Experience in Version Control Systems (Git) and branching strategies.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and issue management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps).
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals: clean code, OOP, design patterns, debugging, logging, observability.
- Experience with performance testing (JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner).
