We are looking a Banking consultant/manager highly experienced in Efficiency Programs to be part of the leading Strategy & Consulting practice in Financial Services (FS).
Their main duty is to advise our banking clients in innovative ways to reduce their cost. Their responsibilities include:
Analysing of Spend/Budget (internal & External cost)
Identifying and quantifying value initiatives
Detailed design of initiatives of several types: Strategic sourcing, demand management, digitalization and reengineering of processes, outsourcing definition, restructuring…
Value Realization Office: Management of the implementation of large savings programs
Job Qualifications
Experienced in Strategic Consulting and Banking firms
Ability to execute projects and bring innovation to our clients
Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly communicate ideas and results on all organization levels
Drive, ambition and initiative to help grow Accenture´s business at functional and Industry level
People development and team building skills
Fluent in Spanish and English is mandatory
