About the Role
We are seeking Consultants, Associate Managers and Managers with a background in consulting to support the delivery of transformation initiatives across diverse client environments.
You will work on programs spanning organisational change, workforce transformation, operating model design, and technology-enabled transformation, with opportunities to contribute across Defence, Government, and broader industry sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver and support end-to-end change and transformation initiatives across multiple industries
Develop and execute change management strategies (stakeholder engagement, communications, training)
Support operating model and organisational design activities
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions
Prepare client-ready deliverables and presentations
Contribute to project planning, reporting, and governance
Support or contribute to business development activities (Manager level)
Coach and support junior team members (Manager level)
About You
Experience within a consulting firm
Exposure to Defence, Public Sector, or other complex transformation environments highly regarded
Experience in change management, HR transformation, or organisational design
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Ability to operate in fast-paced, structured, and ambiguous environments
Strong problem-solving and analytical capability
Strong delivery capability with growing ownership of workstreams
Confident in client engagement and delivery
Proven experience leading workstreams and teams
Exposure to client relationship management and/or business development
Eligibility Requirements
Australian Citizenship (mandatory)
Ability to obtain or hold a Baseline / NV1 Security Clearance (highly regarded)
