ServiceNow Architect
- Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, encompassing custom applications and integrations, to meet client requirements and adhere to industry standards.
- Work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to gather and understand business requirements, translating them into effective technical designs.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring successful execution of ServiceNow projects and adherence to best practices.
- Stay abreast of ServiceNow platform advancements and emerging trends, driving innovation and recommending improvements to existing implementations.
- Ensure that ServiceNow solutions are secure, scalable, and maintainable, aligning with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years in ServiceNow development and architecture, with a proven track record in designing and implementing complex solutions.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications are highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the capacity to inspire and guide teams in delivering high-quality solutions.
- Exceptional communication and consulting skills, with experience in managing client relationships and expectations.
