Key Responsibilities

  • Build and lead diverse teams with both qualitative and quantitative expertise, using insights-led approaches to respond to evolving market needs.

  • Manage client relationships, ensuring successful execution of AI and data projects.

  • Drive growth and innovation within the AI practice.

  • Present data-driven strategies to senior business leaders and influence decision-making.

  • Advise business leaders, providing compelling, data-driven strategies that exceed expectations.

  • Manage multiple projects across industries, developing evidence-based solutions.

  • Communicate insights effectively, delivering reports and presentations to internal and client stakeholders.

  • Respond to critical challenges in areas such as data governance, machine learning, and NLP, both internally and for clients.

  • Articulate business impact through scientific storytelling and advanced visualization techniques.

  • Develop AI-driven language solutions, enabling systems to interpret, understand, and respond to human speech.

  • Design and implement AI solutions, applying deep learning and neural network models to transform data into actionable insights.

  • Lead end-to-end engagements, from ideation and prototyping to solution development and deployment.

About You

  • Strong expertise in data-driven insights, with a passion for helping clients advance their data and analytics maturity.

  • Degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.

  • 7+ years of experience in deploying machine learning algorithms for analytics-driven digital transformations.

  • 3+ years of experience in people management, leading teams in AI and data projects.

Core Technical Skills

  • Natural Language Understanding (NLU), Conversational AI (Virtual Agents), and Narrative Science.

  • Speech-to-Text, Text-to-Speech, and related AI-driven language solutions.

  • Computer Vision, including face recognition and handwriting recognition.

  • Experience with Snowflake, Apache Spark, Microsoft Azure Machine Learning, Mathematical Programming, and Sentiment Analysis.
