Mendix Senior Developer
About the Role
As a Mendix Low-Code Developer, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering cutting-edge software solutions for our clients. We're looking for someone with an expert-level command of Mendix who thrives in collaborative environments, embraces continuous learning, and is passionate about building scalable, user-centric applications.
You’ll work alongside cross-functional teams to implement modern digital solutions while staying up to date with Mendix’s latest advancements.
🔧 Responsibilities:
Take a lead role in the design and implementation of innovative Mendix applications.
Build applications following Mendix and model-driven development best practices.
Integrate with external systems using APIs (REST).
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to team planning and retrospectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional applications.
Stay up-to-date with Mendix platform updates and promote best practices within the team.
✅ What You Bring:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or equivalent experience in Low-Code development.
3+ years of hands-on experience with the Mendix Low-Code platform.
Mendix Advanced Developer Certification is a must.
Strong command of technologies like Java, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and SCSS.
Deep understanding of API integration (REST) and enterprise systems.
Proficient with Agile software development methodologies.
Comfortable working with tools like Git, JIRA, Confluence, and CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent communication skills—both spoken and written.
A collaborative, growth-oriented mindset and a drive to innovate.
Fluent in English (mandatory); French is a plus.
🌟 Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
Experience with pluggable widgets or custom Java actions in Mendix.
Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, or other enterprise platforms.
