オペレーションズ・コンサルティング本部では、クライアントの経理・人事・購買といった業務を請負型で受託し、自動化・効率化などのビジネス変革を実現するコンサルティング・アウトソーシング（BPO）サービスを提供しています。アクセンチュア国内外拠点と連携し、最先端のテクノロジーを活用し、業務変革を実現します。
【職務内容】
BPOプロジェクトのオペレーション現場の課題に対してテクノロジーを駆使し、オペレーション業務の自動化と高度化を推進します。オペレーションの業務フローをEnd to Endで見直し、テクノロジー専門組織と連携しつつ、オペレーションで発生する粒度の細かい改善要望に対し、最新テクノロジーを用いて日常的な業務改善を推進します。
【役割および責任】
オペレーション担当者とコミュニケーションをとり現場課題を自ら発見し、オペレーション担当者とともに自動化・効率化を実現する責任を担います。
テクノロジー専門組織と連携し、現場オペレーションに入り込みオペレーションチームと二人三脚の伴走型開発を実践し自動化・効率化を実現します。
オペレーションの継続的な業務改善に向け、提案から調整、実行まで現場に寄り添いながらオペレーションチームをサポートします。
