---ONLY THOSE APPLICANTS WHO ALREADY HAVE THE RIGHT TO LIVE AND WORK IN THIS COUNTRY ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE--- POSITION TITLE: Insurance Operations Analyst WORK SETUP: Return to Office OVERALL PURPOSE: As an Insurance Operations Analyst in Participant Services, you’ll be responsible for handling complex ad-ministrative tasks and ensuring accurate processing of retirement plan-related requests, account inquiries, claims and loans. RESPONSIBILITIES: Legal and Compliance Processing • Review and authorize procedures for handling legal documentation and inquiries, including guardianship, conservatorship, QDROs, Power of Attorney, and levy/guardianship matters. • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies in all processing activities. Data Accuracy & Record Management • Lead efforts to correct Social Security records and validate income and deposit information for internal and external requests. • Administer beneficiary updates, particularly involving complex agreements. • Secure handling and updating of participant banking details in alignment with compliance and service standards. • Update participant address records using investigative tools such as Accurint and Equifax to maintain data integrity. Operational Coordination & Support • Coordinate with retained teams to resolve escalated or specialized cases. • Complete After-Call Work originating from inbound contact center interactions within Salesforce. • May conduct outbound calls to participants for follow ups or as requested OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Night Shift Project Rest Day: Weekends Off Project/Team Location: Muntinlupa Axis One
SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS: • At least 1 yr experience in Insurance or financial services • Experience in retirement or participant services strongly preferred
