---ONLY THOSE APPLICANTS WHO ALREADY HAVE THE RIGHT TO LIVE AND WORK IN THIS COUNTRY ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE--- POSITION TITLE: HR Service Delivery Assoc Manager WORK SETUP: Return to Office OVERALL PURPOSE: The primary purpose of Payroll Processing is to execute pay on time and accurately each pay run for both in-house and outsourced team, with the correct deductions and necessary withholdings including maintaining the employees' hours and payments, calculating commissions and bonuses, and print?payroll. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Act as the escalation point for team and customer issues • Together with other leads, identify opportunities for improvement • Drive corporate initiatives, delivery of metrics and optimal performance of the team through continuous interaction with stakeholders with the intent of achieving contractual objectives and corporate goals • Participate in the action and strategic planning process that establishes annual objectives and goals for an organisation • Be responsible for the development of resources under your reporting line Scope of responsibilities include overseeing: • Produce and Distribute Pay to employees’ bank accounts • Conduct Audit Activities • Produce General Ledger Feed • Payroll Reporting • Distribute vendor / government data as required • Post Payrun activities • Calculate Gross to Net OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Morning Shift Project Rest Day: Weekends Off Project/Team Location: Taguig Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3
SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS: • With at least 7 to 8 years relevant experience; 5 years supervisory experience • Payroll and SAP experience required • Voice proficiency of B1T is not required
