PROJECT NAME: Product Operations
POSITION TITLE: Measurement and Report Analyst
WORK SETUP: Return to Office

OVERALL PURPOSE:
The Reporting Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the creation, accuracy, and timely delivery of reports that provide valuable insights for business decision-making. This role ensures data integrity, supervises a team of reporting analysts, and collaborates with various departments.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage Reporting Functions: Oversee the development, accuracy, and distribution of reports across the organization.
• Team Supervision: Lead and mentor reporting analysts, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to deadlines.
• Data Analysis & Interpretation: Provide insights based on reports, identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities for business improvement.
• Process Optimization: Streamline reporting processes to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with department heads and executives to understand reporting needs and provide meaningful data insights.
• Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure reports meet industry standards and company guidelines for data accuracy and compliance.
• Software & Tools Utilization: Leverage reporting software (e.g., Power BI, Excel, Tableau) to create visually compelling and user-friendly reports.

Project/Team Location: Quezon Cyberpark Tower 1

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Working experience building / mobilizing reports in MS Excel
• Working experience working with VBA and Macro to automate reports
• Must have: SQL Only (Power BI is good to have but not required)
