Assists with the data platform blueprint and design, encompassing the relevant data platform components. Collaborates with the Integration Architects and Data Architects to ensure cohesive integration between systems and data models.
Summary: As a Data Platform Engineer, you will spend your day supporting the development and design of the data platform architecture. Your work involves close collaboration with various architects to ensure seamless integration of systems and data models. You will engage in activities that help shape the data platform components, contributing to the overall data infrastructure and its alignment with organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to enhance data platform capabilities. - Assist in troubleshooting and resolving data integration challenges. - Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize data workflows. - Document processes and share knowledge to foster team growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Extract Transform Load (ETL). - Strong understanding of data integration techniques and best practices. - Experience with data pipeline development and automation. - Familiarity with data quality and data governance principles. - Ability to work with various data storage and processing technologies. - Proficient in troubleshooting and optimizing ETL workflows. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in Extract Transform Load (ETL). - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 1 year(s) of experience is required
