Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will spend your day investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. Your role involves continuous monitoring, diagnosing problems, and ensuring the smooth operation of software applications. You will collaborate with different teams to maintain system reliability and contribute to improving service quality through proactive problem-solving and analysis. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement effective resolutions. - Document findings and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference. - Monitor system performance and provide timely updates to stakeholders. - Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance system stability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS). - Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and deployment models. - Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting cloud-based applications. - Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline support tasks. - Knowledge of security best practices within cloud environments. - Ability to analyze logs and metrics to diagnose and resolve technical issues. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS). - This position is based at our Cebu office. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
