Deliver and manage security services across client environments to ensure protection, compliance, and operational resilience.
Summary: As a Security Managed Services Practitioner, you will spend your day overseeing and delivering comprehensive security services tailored to client environments. Your role involves ensuring that security measures are effectively implemented to maintain protection, compliance, and operational resilience. You will engage with various stakeholders to monitor security operations and support continuous improvement initiatives, fostering a secure and compliant environment for clients. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Coordinate with cross-functional groups to align security strategies with organizational goals. - Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and performance. - Drive process improvements to optimize security service delivery and client satisfaction. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ. - Strong knowledge of identity and access management principles and best practices. - Experience in configuring and managing identity governance and administration solutions. - Familiarity with security compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex security issues within managed services environments. - Proficient in integrating SailPoint IdentityIQ with various enterprise systems and applications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ. - This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required
