As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies and modern frameworks to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient solutions. Your work is focused on addressing unique business requirements while continuously enhancing system performance and reliability through innovative approaches and thoughtful problem-solving.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software components.
- Maintain and improve existing software by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing necessary changes.
- Document development processes, code changes, and technical specifications to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
- Strong knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to build responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Experience with content management systems and their integration within enterprise environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex software issues to ensure smooth application performance.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions efficiently.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
