Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in software development to improve team productivity and product quality.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and deliverables with organizational objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to build responsive and dynamic user interfaces.
- Experience with Salesforce platform features including Apex programming and Salesforce data models.
- Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration tools to support agile development workflows.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize component performance within complex Salesforce environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
