As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that address unique business requirements. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to coding standards within the team.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of junior team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software development with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Experience with Java programming and object-oriented design principles.
- Strong understanding of RESTful API development and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with database technologies including SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance in distributed environments.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
