Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
- Assist in documenting software design and development processes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices to foster professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Apache JMeter.
- Experience in performance testing and load testing using Apache JMeter.
- Ability to design and execute test plans and test cases to evaluate system performance.
- Familiarity with analyzing test results and identifying bottlenecks or issues in software applications.
- Knowledge of integrating Apache JMeter with continuous integration pipelines for automated testing.
- Understanding of scripting and parameterization within Apache JMeter to simulate realistic user scenarios.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Apache JMeter.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
