Summary:
In the role of Security Architect, a typical day involves designing and establishing a comprehensive cloud security framework and architecture tailored to align with organizational objectives and performance standards. This includes meticulously documenting the deployment of cloud security controls and overseeing the seamless transition to cloud security-managed operations. The position requires continuous engagement with evolving cloud environments to ensure robust security postures are maintained while supporting business needs effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of cloud security strategies to address emerging threats and compliance requirements.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to enhance overall security expertise and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate security architecture seamlessly with other IT and business units.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM).
- Experience in designing and implementing cloud security frameworks and architectures.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security controls and best practices for managed security operations.
- Ability to analyze complex security requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Familiarity with security incident detection, response, and monitoring within cloud environments.
- Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams to drive security initiatives and ensure compliance.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
