This role requires guiding and supporting teams throughout the design and delivery phases, ensuring that development standards are maintained. The position focuses on aligning software performance and scalability with business goals, while fostering collaboration and innovation within the team to achieve successful project outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and team productivity.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of technical objectives with business needs.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Object Oriented Development.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns within SAP environments.
- Experience in developing scalable and maintainable custom software solutions using SAP ABAP.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with debugging, performance tuning, and code optimization techniques in SAP ABAP.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated software solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Object Oriented Development.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
